Thoughtfully made for the working day

A busy hotel.
A calmer way to run it.

From the first assignment to the last room ready, Linen gives your team a shared plan and a clear next step.

01 / THE BOARD

The morning,
beautifully arranged.

Tell Linen who is working. It turns today’s departures and stayovers into a draft board, balanced by the work each room needs.

Review the split, move a room, make the final call. Then publish a day everyone can follow.

03 / IN THE KNOW

See the whole day.
Catch the details.

Front desk sees which rooms are clean, inspected, or still in progress. Managers see the work moving and the arrivals that need attention.

A blocked drain gets its own issue, with a photo or voice note attached to the room. Maintenance gets the context to take it from there.

One house. Every role.

A little clarity
for everyone.

Different responsibilities.
The same picture of the day.

01Housekeepers

A day that makes sense on a phone.

Assigned rooms, clear priorities and an estimated finish that includes breaks. Start work, mark a room clean, or report an issue in English or Spanish.

Phone sign-in · Personal room list · Photo and voice reports
02Housekeeping managers

Your judgment. A better starting point.

Choose the roster, build a balanced draft, then adjust the board before publishing. Review credits, sector assignments and the constraints that shaped the plan.

Daily roster · Editable board · Workload balance
03Front desk

Know the room before the guest asks.

See room status, the assigned housekeeper and arrivals that still need attention. A shared view keeps the desk close to what is happening on the floor.

Room status · Arrival readiness · Today view
04Maintenance

The problem, with its context attached.

Work through a priority-sorted issue queue with the room number, photos and voice notes together. Keep the team informed as an issue moves toward resolution.

Room-linked issues · Urgent-first queue · Status updates
Care in the calculation

Fair is more than
a room count.

A checkout takes different work from a stayover. Linen uses credits—minutes of work—to give the board a more useful measure of balance.

Your policies shape the result: sector rotation, ground-floor restrictions, arrival priorities and breaks. The engine explains its choices, and the manager stays in control.

Integration overview
Fits the way your hotel works

Your PMS knows
the stay.
Linen knows the day.

Connect MEWS to bring rooms, departures and stayovers into Linen. The setup assistant proposes credits and sectors for your review.

Keep room and occupancy details current as the day changes. You choose whether Linen writes room states back.

No connected PMS? Maintain occupancy manually and run the same housekeeping workflow.

A few useful details

Fair questions.
Clear answers.

Ask us something else
01How long does setup take?

Setup depends on the property. With a MEWS access token, the setup assistant reads your rooms and proposes credits and sectors for you to review. You can also enter rooms manually without connecting a PMS.

02Do housekeepers need to install an app?

No. Linen works in the browser on their phone. Staff can open their invitation link and sign in with a texted code. There is a native iOS app too.

03What if someone cannot take stairs?

Flag it on their profile. The board engine keeps that housekeeper on the ground floor when it builds assignments, so the restriction is part of the plan.

04Can I still change the board by hand?

Always. Move rooms between housekeepers, adjust assignments and review the balance before you publish. The engine gives you a starting point; the manager has the last word.

05What does it cost?

Talk to sales about pricing for your property. We confirm pricing and billing details with you before invoicing begins.

06Which PMS do you support?

MEWS is supported today. Manual mode works without a connected PMS: you maintain occupancy in Linen and use the same board, staff workflow and issue tracking.
