Set up in Claude

Custom connectors are available on Claude’s paid plans.

  1. Open connector settings

    In claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors and choose “Add custom connector”.

  2. Paste the Linen URL

    Enter https://linen.symphia.ai/mcp. Claude registers itself with Linen automatically.

  3. Sign in and allow

    A Linen page opens where you sign in with your usual phone code and approve read-only access. That’s it — start asking.

Set up in ChatGPT

Deep research is supported — Linen provides the search and fetch tools it uses.

  1. Enable developer mode

    In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors → Advanced, and turn on developer mode.

  2. Add the MCP server

    Choose “Add MCP server” and paste https://linen.symphia.ai/mcp with OAuth authentication.

  3. Sign in and allow

    Approve read-only access on Linen’s page, then use the connector in chats and deep research.

The assistant can look, never touch. It cannot build or change the board, mark rooms, edit your hotel’s setup, or message your team.

Your assistant gets the same property access and permissions you have in Linen. Connecting requires front-desk rank or higher; housekeeper and maintenance accounts cannot connect.

Sign in with Linen

Your phone login happens only on linen.symphia.ai. Approve access through OAuth — never share your sign-in code with an assistant.

Disconnect anytime

Remove access in Linen under Profile → Connected apps, or from your assistant’s settings. Access tokens expire on their own too.
